Cashmere Care Instructions

1. Washing

  • Hand wash only in cold or lukewarm water (no hotter than 30°C).

  • Use a mild cashmere or wool detergent (no regular laundry powder).

  • Gently squeeze the fabric — never wring or twist.

2. Drying

  • Lay flat on a clean, dry towel, reshaping the garment.

  • Roll in the towel to remove excess water, then lay flat to air-dry away from direct sunlight or heat.

  • Avoid hanging — it may stretch the fibers.

3. Storing

  • Fold, never hang.

  • Store in a breathable cotton bag with cedar balls or lavender sachets to repel moths.

  • Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight.

4. Pilling

  • Pilling is natural for cashmere, especially at friction points.

  • Remove gently using a cashmere comb or fabric shaver.

5. Refreshing Between Wears

  • Air your garment after wearing to release moisture and odors.

  • Light steaming can remove wrinkles and restore softness.

 
 

CEDER WOOD BALL

Each garment comes with a CUDDLEUP red cedar wood ball. Its natural aromatic oils repel moths, making it ideal for storage. The wood contains thujaplicins—a natural compound that deters pests and fungi, protecting your clothes from ants and humid weather. If you notice a white film on the surface of the ball, don’t worry—it’s simply the cedar’s natural oils crystallizing. This is a sign of its effectiveness and helps keep your garments fresh for longer

 

Ship & Return

  • Once your order has been placed, it takes a few days to process before being shipped with express (DHL or SF). Shipment typically takes around 7 business days to be delivered.

  • If you are located outside China, please note that additional customs fees might apply.

  • Due to the intimate nature of our garment, we do not accept returns on any order.

  • If there is any breakage in the bead strands or other problems with the new garment, we could repair or replace it for you.
